Thank goodness for rational beings like you in the comment section (last chapter led me to argue with people telling me that, since every kid is unique and we don't live in the same environment, it was fine for them to beat on their child and I don't think I ever felt so powerless)
No no sir. Toma does need to still be told no and talked to about his behavior and learn how to handle his emotions in a way that is not running away. Like I don't like that he said he'd talk to "Papa" about Toma going with.
I know children around this age have separation anxiety but the MC just giving in without having plans to talk to Toma about his behavior (after he's done sleeping and calmed) and then some comments talking about "discipline" but not discipline in terms of like losing privileges, but physically assaulting a child just peeves me
