First time i read this, i was left confused and hadn't enjoy it as a result. After reading Smyrna & Capri and Taming of a tiger, i really felt to give it another chance and I'm so unbelievably glad I did. I enjoyed it so much and I'm so happy i have a habit of rereading certain things, cos i could have missed out on a good one. For those who feel confused and have rushed to the comments like i did once, to get some answer, here's my advice: Read it thoroughly, pay attention to what the character's dialogues, even if you think its not crucial, it literally gives you insight to the backstory. Most of it is spelled out for you, but some parts you gotta come to your own conclusions or put two and two together.
