Sorry, but your opinion only matters if you PAID for the content. You can dwell on it as much as you want, but nothing will change. The author has an idea what's going on at the illegal websites and hasn't taken action because some are paying him well.
You can express your thoughts, but some are literally just hating on it. And guess what, all of them are illegally reading it, just like me too.
f someone out of thousands reports to him directly with screenshots of what's happening, the translators would have to delete the content.

The author had shown sussy contents from time to time, and y'all have been complaining nonstop since then, like, what? It's inappropriate, and yeah, YOU ARE THE ONE who keep reading it. If you don't like it, just stop reading or skip the sussy chapters. There's no need to constantly voice your displeasure.
It's a simple solution that doesn't require so much negativity. Everyone has different tastes, so if this content isn't for you, simply move on to something else that aligns more with your preferences. Life is too short to dwell on things that clearly don't satisfy you.
