how long does it take for them to normally respond?
If you're sending them an email to update a cover or add missing info to a manga or something minor like that, they won't respond they'll just do it.
If you're uploading a whole new manga, they'll reply within 12-24h depending on the day. If the manga is already existant they'll send you an email telling you so.
If you send the info for a new manga and its not existing on the site already, they'll send you a confirmation and a link afterwards to the manga posted.
They'll also email you again if you're missing information on a manga.(like no genres, cover or etc)

I’m not finished translating it yet and I did capitalize it just doesn’t know up here
