That isn't this one but still thank you very much :) OH but I remember one more scene. The uke was sitting naked on the coach and looking through the window (though I'm not sure about the window).
I know that the seme thought that the uke is slightly weird and isn't behaving according to his age. Later on it is revealed that the uke was very sick (?). I'm not sure but I think that he had some operation... I think the operation was a succeed but I don't really recall the ending of this manga...
