i don’t think that’s unrealistic to get to know someone before dating them, especially considering the fact that chan-il only thought she was cute, he didn’t know her. it would be shocking if they just started dating right after meeting each other cuz who just starts dating a stranger? i also think ri-in didn’t tell chanil because it would seem like she was having out with him as a favor rather than trying to get to know him and date him because she’s interested
btw cirrus and ri-in are not cousins, they're just childhood friends. u can literally see ri-in saying "I went to the all girls school cause I didn't want people to think we're dating" or asking cirrus if he for sure doesn't have feeling for her cause he's seriously not her type. what kind of person would say stuff like this to their cousin
