It's a fully colored shounen ai about the mc who can see ghosts and he encountered a spirit who wants his help to remember himself. Long story short, they were once childhood friends from the same hospital. When the ghost was finally able to remember what happened to him and the mc recognized him, he starts to fade away but he is just in a coma and they met again at the end of the manwha (they were in a hospital)
