I didn't manage to find the actual raws. I read summaries of the chapters. If you search the japanese name and chapter number + spoilers, there's a site that summarises all the chapters
I tried to do that and came up with nada. Can you post the link for the summaries please?

Honestly a lot of Japanese and Korean adaptations of manga and manhwa, usually like to change quite a bit of the story. Sometimes they change it to make the mc always have a happier ending or end up together with a dude who wasn’t the original end game or they even make antagonist characters seem nicer.

Michi and Nina are dating, and it seems like yoichi will LIKELY end up with the serial married-man-fucker. Yoichi realises he actually loves Michi while he is at the new years shrine visit with his coworker who he fucked, and as he realises it, he sees michi walking amd holding Ninas hand. I want him lonely lmao.
