normalize not commenting on appearance, PERIOD. i feel like that is the main source of a lot of problems esp eds for people. even if you talk about it in a 'positive way', from experience, it creates this expectation that can end up being horrible for you. im happy to say im a lot better now tho and i hope everyone else suffering this same problem gets better. :)
