The thing is, other than her face looking too young, her body is actually not that weird considering her age. Why? Because people in my country can be small looking. In fact, I'm in my 30s and some of my friends absolutely look like teenagers. It's not their fault that they have small bodies. It's called genes. Just like how some kids in USA sometimes look like a mature adult, some adults in Asia can look like teenagers.
