No I'm pretty sure those were the top's parents. The uncle is too young in the flashback for it to be the top. The top was probably the kid the uncle was smothering with a pillow. The kid (top) probably used the pen he was holding to attack the uncle and escape. Now he's back to avenge his parents.
Yeah i guess since the uncle had a scar on his hand
So the The Top is a married guy with a child but his wife and his child were killed???
