It’s still pretty sad though. Sergei and the MC’s relationship was never sexual. Even though the nobles were saying she was a prostitute, the mc never thought of doing anything like that because of how much she loved how pure their relationship was and I believe the ML knew that and just wanted to screw her over because yk, he hates her.
