Not really because remember she does go to different music Venus, some of them may be foreigners or may be on the opposite fraction of the father, even rebels that were in the nobility. The father may have power but not enough to shut up everyone, especially people like merchants who have a plethora of knowledge that may have attended her recitals, maids that gossip around who are commoners or spies etc
So I can see what he means, she's a nobel and as a musician she would have heard about certain gossip while performing or attending parties because nobles love to talk. Since she's also the only child she would have had some training to be a hare or an assistance to her marriage partner. The worst thing you can do in your own house is to not know what's going on in it. After all almost every manwha follows that premise if m.c. was a noble originally or transmigrated.. the abuse is obviously disgusting and lack of communication is psychotic. But you would atleast hope, no matter if your a first or last born you would know somethings about your house, or even in your fief after all she came face to face with hatred on that night on the balcony. So in my mind m.c. chose to be ignorant, cuz even if it wasn't about her own home she should learn about her fief and the people in it.
