Some omegaverse Alpha can get any gender pregnant and Omega can get Impregnated by any secondary gender than has a penis. It realky depends on what the author decided, it's usually explained before the story tho.

Actually suprised ppl question why the alpha can get pregnant, ever since I exposed to omegaverse I already think the universe get created so the author can makes everyone pregnant, to break the norm only woman can pregnant and only men can impregnate.
Thats why in some comics theres a conflict about a fuss over alpha man not married to alpha woman bcs this created a chance of omega get birthed(I mean by only omega can pregnant logic, married alpha woman created a bigger problem bcs she cant get pregnant, this way the conflict makes no sense yet it got used so much)
I rarely read omegaverse so I think I can concluded omegaverse is based on the author, except the ABO and heat thing others is up to the author.
Thought, I still think Beta shouldn't get pregnant(except Beta woman)bcs I see Beta as normal one who have the norm of normal universe.
