Her story from her real world, she transmigated to a game. Is there anything about her real family or I am just getting confused at this point

It’s really tragic! Her fam abused her so much as well. Her father and brothers used to leave spoiled food for her to eat amongst other stuff like beating her up… I really cried a lot during those scenes.
She eventually got stomach cancer and was fighting for her life in hospital (that’s partly how she was able to get into the world she’s in now).
They only left spoiled food for her bc they wanted her to eat with them at the table !
