wait what was the deal with witch cause the witch said they have to talk again

Its to discuss the bet i asaume. The FL wagered that there was no point in turning back time if she couldnt meet her mom while the witch said she had more that she love other than her mom <worded dif. but thats basically what she insinuated> and that the FL was lying abt her mom being the only thing she had left. So they turned back time to see if the FL was lying to herself and if she was the witch won. So im assuming the witch will either want to collect her soul or there will be a plot twist like the witch is actually good in contrast to her fairytale or whatever. （·３·）
