“Akuyaku no Goreisoku no Dounika Shitai Nichijou” has a similar concept (reincarnation into fantasy-setting game), except the manga only has 6 chapters, and pacing seems pretty slow, so I would recommend waiting for a bigger backlog to build up. Right now, it’s basically cute kid moments with a few moments sprinkled in with the future ML.
“Galge no Sekai de Shinyuu ♂ ga Ore o Sukida to Iidashite!?” is a 5-chapter serialization where a guy briefly gets isekai’d into an otome game, only for it to turn out that the male best friend likes him. This one’s already completed, and it’s honestly really cute, so I’d give it a recommendation.
