The possibility of 1 being true can be said to be high, but people like Bai Mo and red haired guy including the classmates seem to be real, though to what extent I'm not sure. They, like WY, can be also playing hosts. 2 can be false, cuz the main system turned the entire system existences into animals, WY isn't shown as an animal and in the current world his identity is a sub-antagonist snake entity; this was implemented after WY lost his memories and disappeared when he had QX as his host as love between a host & system was considered to be forbidden. 3 & 4 are true cuz ML wanted WY back and I'm assuming he signed a deal with Main system, collected points through villain system since he was dropdead handsome, gained mind reading ability, couldn't find WY & disintegrated after a certain period of time. Also, since System Wang Yi betrayed QX and DIVIDED his main soul into 5 parts, he has to travel to 5 different worlds to piece his soul together and ONLY WY can bring his souls together.
I think System Wang Yi & System Bai (white cat) had interactions in the past about rebelling against the main system. They gathered energy from various different storyline worlds in a miniscule amt. such that the main system doesn't detect it and when the host leaves the world, the energy is extracted and stored in a secret area away from prying eyes. Bai which was forcefully turned into a cat, was given the responsibility of collecting the required energy by other systems who also shared the same feelings whereas System Wang Yi gathered energy separately in QX, that's why it is taking long for him to gather his full strength. In short, QX will become more stronger as his soul fragments fuse with him more and more.

The first world is real. Think of it as a god loosing is power and becoming a mortal. That's what happened. Y (Wang yi) was a system that lost its powers and came to one of the three thousand worlds.
