Not really?? Idk about the stuff you read but most of the student/teacher trope does have the man as the teacher (in both het and bl) and most people still find it just as icky. Its never been accepted lmao. In fact its somehow more icky when its the man thats the teacher

My point is, and if you have the time to go back to my original post, the double standards in tropes like these. That F teacher x M student receives more flak than if the gender is reversed.
