No in the beginning Pb said the time spirit had no choice to turn the time back but weakenebd him...
Karno eating cakes helped his spirit to be stronger...so now he can show himself....
Wonder what silly things Karno did to make both spirits cry....( it's the 1rst timevwe see the time spirit I think why do I find him cute strange)...?
