I think in reality it reflects well. Not everyone can just accept that they are bi or gay. Some people just need time to figure it out. I do agree that seme shouldn't be so harsh and keep denying himself. He could've just be honest and said he is still figuring out so uke can also be less pushy or delulu with his interpretation of events.
