Depends on the material of the door, i once play fight with my brother and triggered him when i took his phone and i went to my room and locked my door. My door is made by wood (not really that thick) and my brother literally kicked the door as hard as he could that it pushed the door open. Nothing breaks, it's just I think the locked inside is a bit loose.
It can be the power of adrenaline too though, i read once that a woman can lift a car that almost crush her son, she's able to lift that car bc of adrenaline, it's crazy
