When did that happen? What I saw was a kiss that Wren tried to take further and Ethan said no. That is not cheating, how is this relationship toxic? All I see is Ethan and Tristan love each other enough to risk it all for each other. I think some people are reading more into the kiss than they should. Wren tried but Ethan wasn't buying.
