That’s actually more mature. Wanting to fight for a relationship and knowing that you might not be the best choice out there but still striving to become the best choice FOR YOUR PARTNER is actually one of the most mature things you can do as an adult in an adult relationship. Wanting to leave when things get dicey is actually just insecurity and immaturity.
