Uke and Seme aren’t blood-related. I think the incest ppl are talking abt is their adoptive dad and the dad’s real son(? might be wrong so anyone can correct me) although, nothing has been shown or revealed abt them(not yet atleast.), but a ch got us questioning things cus it looks like the dad’s (real) son is in love w/ him... ayee but we dk FS yet.
