I do slightly understand the just agreeing homophobic shite-- My parents are homophobic and I'm not straight--it was the same in school.
i mean if you're in a dangerous position, yes. my parent is homophobic as well, but i still express how i don't share the same views and defend ppl that they are rude to. which pisses them off but idc. I haven't came out though cause that would be a different story. But both at school and at home I never pretend to be homophobic just to please others...
I understand, but some people do want to keep friendships and not be an outcast and get bullied. Which I was already getting bullied with something else at the time and my parents are aggressive.
i love sugyeom. ppl are annoyed with how he kept pushing away doha and i understand it to some aspect but do you have ZERO empathy??? have you seen the way everyone in his life has treated him? his past boyfriends, his only friend, even his fucking family??? after his mother died from cancer??? just because doha said he liked him in the beginning doesn't mean that sugyeom was in any mental space to believe him especially after all the shit he was hearing about doha having a gf and after the fact that doha had said some homophobic shit back in highschool. Like COME ON put yourself in his shoes for once. I hate what people are so quick to jump on a character for being "annoying" when they don't have the ability to comprehend what they are going through. It's just a story yeah, but shit can be applied to real life. so fucking annoying for real
