Tbh yea you can get erect because there is stimulation happening in your most sensitive areas even tho it hurts, it’s still being stimulated which erects it all by itself, that’s why sometimes when someone gets raped the rapist argues that the victim was erect but it can happen cus of stimulation that still doesn’t mean that he likes it rough or gentle.
