"Karasugaoka Don't Be Shy!!" Is a good one to start with. The first story is relatively nsfw-free, but the second one has a short scene at the very end. They're both pretty sweet and romance-oriented for someone starting out.
If you prefer psychological, I suggest "Checkmate". For heavier and smuttier recommendations that are for the more advanced, I suggest "Dear Door". If you're into cuter but still smutty ones, I suggest "Sign". For a classic, I recommend "Painter of the Night" though that one might be more advanced for a first-timer. If you value heavier plot more than smut, I suggest "Murderer Llewellyn's Candlelit Dinner".
I'd also recommend that you, for now, stay away from recs like "Jinx" and especially "Killing Stalking" or "Blind Play" until you've familiarized yourself with BL. Those stories are not for the weak-hearted and are honestly debatable. Don't listen to anyone who recs you those.
