i get not wanting to get married but it’s just a dumb decision logic wise if you’re planning to be with the same partner long term lol, sentimentality aside, how are you going to be recognized legally as family when needed? hospitals, inheritance of what you’ve built TOGETHER, laws in general need to legally recognize your union for a bunch of stuff.. he better have a pretty good reason
