Guys I think Weiyun might be in a coma or sometin and lost all of his memories. After what Yutong said I think they both did travel back in time but Weiyun forgot him, so maybe Weiyun woke up when they both return to the present and remembers all the things that happened during the past. Idk y'all just my theory
