Omfg finally with common sense, everyone is turning a blindeye on what actually happened in the story and shit on jerry just because they aren’t dating yet. Just as Ilya doesn’t know much about the system jerry is using; neither does jerry. Jerry acts on what he sees. If yall want quick cheesy romance go read one, and not the complicated story-focused ones
Y’all are saying they should date rn, but the fact is Jerry is still scared of Ilya. Even still how close they are Jerry doesn’t want a romantic relationship with Ilya because of what the guide book said. The image of Ilya becoming evil tainted Jerry way of thinking. They are the main couple yes, but Jerry needs to overcome his thoughts and trust Ilya fully before they get together.
