I will say that if a person was consuming content with realistic humanlike characters i would see that as CSEM. But these characters don't resemble living breathing humans. As a survivor it feels comfortable for me to read age gap stuff like this because it allows me to to comfort the child in me that was harmed at 6. It's not unusual for victims to engage with media that contains elements of their trauma as its the brains way of helping them move past their experiences. Though, not all victims are alike as some cannot comfortably consume content that reminds them of that.
