Also, Moon Owl put her through many uncomfortable or straight up dangerous situations. She literally told him her abuse story and he was worried she can’t have skinship cause she was assaulted before. He’s like a capitalistic maniac focused on his business and seeing her as a tool more than a person. That’s why for me he needs a major character development to become a ML
YES EXACTLY I completely agree. Everybody really likes Moon Owl but I’m just not seeing it right now— he needs major development. The MC herself sees him as a savior to the point that she ignores all the things he puts her through for the sake of his show. I think overall MC just deserves better

But yk i still can't trust alex completely...i can't trust any Marianne obsessed man so, I'm hoping he finds out the truth in this event..or even gets suspicious that she's really not Marianne. Because i think he still believes that obsidian is Marianne...but we can't deny that our girl still left quite an impression on him, even when she was being herself. He likes her as she is but he still thinks she's Marianne so he's open to any changes anyway.. let's see

AGAIN I AGREE!! I Don't like anyone and sapphire is a schemer. You can't trust pirates either. So far Garnett is the only one i had positive feelings towards since the beginning.
Unpopular opinion: Alex is a little shady atm but as of now I like him way more than moon owl as a ML. I think that Alex and MC fit better personality wise and I honestly think Alex is likely to be the boy from the library especially as opposed to moon owl— I really don’t think moon owl is library boy at all, it just doesn’t really fit. Moon owl isn’t the worst, but he’s focused in his work more than the MC herself (which is understandable, just not what I like in a ML). There’s theories that Alex is there solely for Marianne but that isn’t proven as of now so I’m sticking by him. He’s noticed dissimilarities between Marianne and our MC and obsidian, but has stuck by obsidian (even when amber was posing as a more accurate version of Marianne). Ik they won’t be end game but as of now they’re really cute together and their personalities mesh so well
