So let me tell you what I understand so far. (Starting from the flash backs) Yeongwoon and Seo-in were childhood friend who started a physical relationship but didn't put a label on it (basically neither of them told the other their feelings so their're both not sure how the other feels) , some how seo-in's brother found out about their relationship and started bullying yeongwoon but he never told seo-in for some reason. Seo-in had to go aboard (don't remember why) leaving yeongwoon alone with his crazy brother, I believe the bullying got worse where seo-in's brother started to physically hurt yeongwoon.
(Flash back to when yeongwoon was a kid) Yeongwoon' dad seem to owe some loan shark they came to their house to collect money, this where we met Taegu (the hot gangster that helped yeongwoon after he ran away), whose new to the loan shark business and is there with his Superior to collect money from yeongwoon's dad. they meet when a young yeongwoon look about 11 tells taegu to leave his dad alone. (end of flash back)
The recent chapter shows yeongwoon's dad taking shush money from seo-in mother about the bullying situation, which believe may be the one of the reasons why yeongwoon ran away, the second being seo-in kissing his brother which I kinda believe might not have happened but instead he might have dreamt it up. Anyways yeongwoon runs away leaving everything he borrow from seo-in in his mail box which seo-in comes back from abroad finds, and runs to yeongwoon house only to find out he left, flashing back to the present we see Seo-in thinking about how mad he was about yeonwoon 'abandoning' him *eye roll* and how to punishment him (the bastard was literally imagining 'r' wording yeongwoon). After running away yeongwoon some how meets Taegu (hot gangster) again, who helps him by giving him a manger position for one of their guys ( can't remember his name but the dude yeongwoon managed before Seo-in) *may not be important but Seo-in's oldest brother is infatuated with that guy and the guy loves yeongwoon*.
Skipping some unimportant stuff Seo-in and yeongwoon meet again Seo-in manipulates the situation and weasels his way back into yeongwoon's life, physical relationship start again; we find out seo-in's brother is dead (hasn't been reveal how but I hope he suffered) and that yeongwoon had developed anxiety/panic attacks from the bullying, he meets Seo-ins mom again at the clinic where she is shock there together. The season end s with the guy yeongwoon used to manage revealing to the public Seo-in's promiscuous life and also has document about the bulling situation with yeongwoon.
