noope, I think they just lived together for a bit? cuz it seemed like everything was a trap set by the seme—includinh his fake brother to give him a somewhat a motivation and a leash over the uke so he doesn't run away. Just my opinion tho, or at least based on my understanding (I could be wrong)
What does it matter if they aint related. Did they not grow up as brothers? What does matter is his shitty sibling ranking up debt and not remember his face.
