I think he gave a blow job to a ghost that is called as young master, the recent ghost that just revealed in chap 43. Basically, this young master is possesing the manager so that's why the mc always calling him manager even though he can see clear that he isn't the real manager.
And don't confused much, because there's just only 2 ghost appeared, the one that possesing manager (young master, black scrambled thing) and the one that possesing the guy that dating with the real manager (red scrambled thing)
It just based on what I've trying to understand so far, despite how confusing the translation+ the mc is lol.
