i agree so hard, it’s this and making them able to get pregnant but never showing any of it. like then don’t do it at all? or maybe don’t write omegaverse..? because what would be the point of male omegas if they didn’t have that possibility
Cause the genre alone with help them sell the book unfortunately. Right when omegaverse took off there were so many manga that didn’t even show the bite lmao
that was definitely a shock to me as an avid fanfic reader because no one on those sites shies away from incorporating all of those things into their universe. a lot of stories on here just feel like they added the omega and alpha titles for the selling point, like u said. no other use for it it’s just there to help sell the manhwa, i guess

I swear the over saturation of omegaverse BL and yet the amount of them that actually show any kind of knotting is so freaking low. Or showing that the omega actually gets wet during their heats.
