Nah I think he's either Eros or Zeus. Those two are always horny
90 percent of the pantheon is default horny. Zeus is just... the god of horny.
From what I've observed, the Foreign god might be Hermes, The messenger God, he's associated with communication and commerce. And he have connections with the Egyptian gods even in the Mythology.
