Ugh right! Like the athlete is just an asshole for no reason, like he has a good career and has a comfortable life style, makes millions fighting. Dude doesn't even have a struggle to pick cuz he has none! Yet he is excused cuz hes hot, fuck that at least ML gave everything to Mc to get home to stay and know how to at least treat him so he can clear his dept.
Maybe cuz the ML never hid the fact he was an asshole gangster, that I don't hate the ML in this story. He was always straightforward with the MC, never strung MC along and made sure MC knew what their relationship was.
The fact ML fell in love with MC a didn't even understand that he was in love was v realistic and believe to me. Like why would a young gangster who lives the rough life even know what it means to love? I'm sure he knows what loyalty means but not love.
Now that he finaly understand his feelings for MC he is trying very hard to make up for all the shut things he'd done in the past and actually build a relationship with MC. ML is also trying to change and listen to MC (tho it not all perfect cuz no one can change over night) to make him feel more comfortable with him.
