I think that's what happened yes, but I think maybe the ml met the twins when they were all kids
i don't think it was the MC's brother, rather i think that the Ml's 1st love was the MC himself. as in one of the chapters MC had remembered about the time when he had got a fever. and then in another chapter the Ml remembers how he had stolen 3000 won for medicine... and ML also remebers that the first love was like the MC ( it can't possibly be the twin brother because we see how he was like a little cute fool and a happy-go-lucky kid)(MC was the one who was smarter during childhood)
