The castle the dragon lived in was considered ruins, so no, the dragon was not their daddy. That was several hundreds of years ago at least, so they are not even half dragon, they only have dragon blood running through them. Most people wouldn't know their "cousins" from their great, great, great, great, great, great, great, great, great, great, great, great grandpappy. The gene pool would be pretty diluted by then.
So that makes them cousins, if not half brothers. Anyway, OG dragon's story is heartbreaking I prolly would react the same way Jahid did
