My guess is that something happened to his real mom. Maybe she’s her moms sister and she married his dad?

She is his real mom. He calls her "aunt" to provoke her ("aunt" is also how a korean calls older women in general).
From what I saw in the raws it seems like she abandoned him and then came back years later.
So, not his real mom? Or he just cut ties?
