He is a prince. The queen dressed him as princess to avoid him being a political or power struggle victim as he is not the emperor biological child.

Gasp. Is It with that knight?

This is why you don't force(?) your child to an arrange marriage.

The older brother (hyung) that being said and shown (orange head) in this chapter is the emperor biological child.
It’s only the second child that is illegitimate (and yes, the Knight ex-lover is the father)

I didn't see notice, i had to go back after reading this and reread the chapter, so does that mean, both kids are the empress's children? she has two son, one is the emperor's and the other the marquise? because the "princess" said the mom loved both of them

Yes. If you’re talking about the empress, she indeed have 2 son: the first from emperor, second from the knight/marquise’ aide. Empress love both of them, it’s just she needs to camouflage the second son into a princess to keep him safe.

If you’re talking about all imperial children (the emperor’s), he had one other imperial son, born from the Imperial Consort (green-haired concubine). So there are three Imperial Child in the Royal Family.

Okay thank you, it's been so long since I read the earlier chapters, so i can't remember around the time Leo met the prince/princess and they talked about that story with the empress and her aide.

Does the emperor and the concubine know that the second child is not biological related to the emperor?
Is that why the empress try to hide him?
