Ummmmmm, I just feel like Gino doesn't deserve the happy ending with Luca. As known, Gino ruined Jin or Mitsuya's life; even though, he doesn't mean to, he still ruined someone's life. As seen in the Mangas for the protagonist part, Gino said he still loves and wants Jin back, but in his own story he said he loves Luca. Isn't that unfair for Luca and how can he moves on from Jin so fast and develop feelings for Luca quicker than a thunderstruck??????????

I guess hurting mitsuya 10 years ago wasnt enough...bitch saw mitsuya happy and said "i havent made impact in his life that much,i should go back and shatter him even more ╮( ̄▽ ̄)╭ " ...his reason for leaving was reasonable,BUT BROTHER THE WAY HE LEFT?? WAS EFFIN NOT,there was far better way to leave if actually had no choice (╬ ̄皿 ̄)凸 (sorry i just finished the story and yes,it how the author wants it to be but im still furious ヽ(`Д´)ノ so forgive me for venting in this comment)

Well Gino was young and dumb. They met in school, he was an exchange student. He never wanted to be mafia
so the shock was probably severe with his parents sudden murder/death and connection to the underworld, it dawned on him that Jin could be next. He panicked, not thinking clearly, perhaps he figured If he left a note Jin might have followed.... Or it could have been traced by his enemies. Didn't have faith he could protect him up close so wouldn't risk it. When he bonded with Jin he was an ordinary man. It was an abrupt how he left Jin. Yes Jin suffered so much because of it. He tried hard to obtain the power to protect Jin from the world he unwillingly inherited from his parents but that took 10 years. Gino missed Jin, he was the motivation that made him fight originally, someone to protect.

Honestly it upset me how he left, then I recalled realistically most young people can't think well under pressure and make very dumb decisions. It wasn't Gino's intention but inevitably it caused Jin pain and was unfair. Life is rarely fair.

The man he was before his parents died loved Jin and pictured a life together but that wasn't meant literally after bonding he had to leave since parents were murdered. The 10 years trying to get everything in order, not seeing or communicating with his pair for his own safety was long. It felt seeing and trying to be with Jin was out of responsibility since Omega's can break their bonds. He knows how much Jin suffered because of him and wanted to repent by taking care of him. He didn't deny he was at fault for Jin cutting his gland and being in pain. I don't recall him making excuses about it either.

Yes he was a little jealous "after all I silently endure to be with you one day" mindset. "You found your fated mate." He shared he would have broken the bond for him and once he confirmed Mitsuya's full unwavering affection for Jin he did. In his own twisted way he cared for Jin.

Gino didn't have an easy life either.. He endured a lot and I think he realized Luca presence was essential to that reality being possible. Luca was a childhood friend, who's been loyal always by his side, gave him strength to endure those 10 harsh years, his parents death, leaving his mate, becoming the leader, keeping everything in order, gaining respect, loyalty and recognition taking over the businesses. We can only imagine what he experienced you can see scars on his body in one panel when he's laying in bed. He wasn't distraught over ending his bond with Jin.

Honestly his affection for Luca and connection he feels probably always existed but brushed off. Liking Luca whose been his only companion, right-hand support, comfortable presence and family by his side consistently for the past 10 chaotic years makes sense. They probably faced many life and death situations together. So if they want to be happy why not.
