Nah, from all the chapters around there is no indication that he did something and that he would do something to Taegun. Maybe other character but Eunsung isn’t the type to do that just to make the one he likes bound to him. Also, he only accepted the fact that he likes him on chapter 29, before he was in denial and wanted to keep a professional barrier so he wouldn’t have to confront his past.

And heesung says he likes it when Taegun NEEDS him.. so does it indicate..? The last chapter, the last phrases are either very poetic or hints that he did something to Taegun..
