honestly I don’t like the FL motives. just because the ML gave diana attention and gifts and loved her doesn’t mean she has to accept his love. now she’s ruining her social life over a man who tried to end his life, that’s not her fault. FL is slightly a pick me

but diana is a terrible person. I don’t think she was at the beginning but slowly when everyone started turning against her she didn’t know what do do and started becoming evil.

I think the FL’s motives are based on how Diana and Helios were hypothetical toward the ML, because they pushed him away after he poisoned the family who targeted Diana. But they didn’t punish him, like he didn't receive any sentence or whatever, they just cut ties with him after they treated him like the worst human being in the world.
But, Helios but more Diana, both literally took advantage of the situation. Diana could become the Crown Princess without difficulty, and, Helios could avoid a mass conflict. So in a way, the both 'enjoyed' what the ML did.
But also, I think that Diana refused the ML not because she didn’t love him. I don’t remember what chapter was it, but Diana — when The ML confessed his love to her — said that she couldn’t accept because who nobody could refuse Helios. Which means, that she accepted Helios, because he was the Crown Prince, not because of who he was. If Helios was a commoner or a knight : Diana would have accepted The ML.
Lastly, I think The FL wants to point out how arrogant and selfish Diana truly is, and, is far away from the image of a Saint that she showed. She completely ignores the Temple and civilians and preferred to live in luxury. Which is why she lost her healing power.

That’s what I think, you can correct me if I am wrong !

That sums it all up pretty much.
It's less about Diana rejecting Kael's love and more about her abandonment of a supposedly good friend.
She was always a shallow person, and FL is proding at Diana and getting in her way on purpose to show just how flimsy her saintly image is.

Kael isn't the only reason why Hestia hates Diana, in her past life when she was ill she went to the temple to get treated and they rejected her saying that the saint only treats the royal family, i mean from her perspective it's normal to hate her cause, the only reason why she was able to become a saint was cause she helped regular people(and cause Kael basically bribed the temple with a piece of land) and now that she had a higher status all of a sudden she can't treat them cause it's not fitting her position whitch makes her a hypocrite, also when she got married she never tried to give him the land back cause at that point she didn't need it, but would preach how she doesn't need material things, and that everyone should be like her which again makes her a huge hypocrite, and what Hestia is doing now is showing everyone her true colors ╮( ̄▽ ̄)╭
