Yup, the art WAS ugly to start, but it sure got uglier in the side stories. That said, it's clear that's the artist's style and quite possible we won't see better/different from them in future works.
Hey , atleast they knew when to stop. Unlike " even if you don't love me " , seems like my grand child will also be waiting for it's updates
my only thought after all this is why exactly did the author gave up half way with the art it wasn’t so bad until after the first season
