Nah shishikura signed up for the marriage service (with the compatibility meter stuff) his mother, however, set him up with an arranged marriage interview between like a friend of colleague of hers. Honestly I don’t know if someone outside of kotani himself could sign up on his behalf.
Omg I was so confused about Kotani not wanting to get married because I thought they both were matched at a marriage service. I had to go back to chapter one. Turns out it was just a match making/dating service not marriage meetings
