In the novel there is no child, but this webtoon is also turning out differently. Perry did get poisoned at dinner but that was early in the story before she met Islette and I don't remember if any further attempts were made.

He did get away from her and from what we saw, he was still clothed. I think she's so deluded she genuinely believes that he's in love with her and they spent a really romantic night together. I also wouldn't be surprised if she slept with the servant who looked like Theo and thats where the 'romantic night' came from.
I haven’t read the novel (i don’t even know is there is one) but i think on the night they slept together she might have gotten pregnant. Becuase, how else is she able to get their blood when they already retrieved all the blood that was distributed as well as keep track of all family member with the cursed blood. They also said there was no way to preserve the blood for long. But the princess is still able to have the blood. So i think she got pregnant and is getting the blood from her kid. Again I could be COMPLETELY wrong. Just a little suspicious about it all.
