often times I wished the artist would draw them in their aquatic animal form so I can remind myself that they're not human, and so that I can easily accept that they're logic that didn't make sense actually make sense with their animal behavior and animal kingdom's common sense.

They're not human, they're not human, they're NOT HUMANS! If they are, its blatant stupid.

    Rather than animals, I just view it more as in the sense of they used to be animals, but somehow evolved into humans. At least that helps my brain when they don't bother explaining things too much :')

    As a side note, relating to the animal kingdom bit. I hope they at some point mention how horrifying dolphins are in the wild, and not do the typical "dolphins are so pretty and graceful creatures who do nothing wrong" - pretty sure orcas and dolphins are some of the more gruesome sea creatures, especially of their kind (from human perspective, especially when considering how intelligent they are).
